This seminar provides an overview of Tides and Currents. Many times, we hear that boaters are not comfortable with the large tidal swing or the fast-moving currents in our local waters. The best way to get more comfortable with our nautical reality is to understand the basics of what causes tides and currents, their prediction, and helpful hints on maneuvering and docking in their presence. This seminar is designed to provide an introductory understanding of tides and currents and provide you with practical tools to become a safer, more confident, boater in our local waters.
