The world of sparkling wine is expanding with exceptional bubbles emerging from diverse terroirs across the globe in white, rosé, and even red expressions. These regions produce high-quality sparklers because they share several key characteristics: suitable climate conditions, skilled winemaking traditions adapted to local conditions, diverse soil types that contribute minerality and structure, and committed producers focused on quality over quantity.
Each participant should bring a quality sparkling wine and dish. We will vote on the top three wines.
