Virtual Coffee Encounter - Jasenovac Concentration Camp: A Survivor’s Legacy Told by His Nephew

Jasenovac was one of the most brutal concentration and extermination camps of World War II, where Jews, Serbs, Roma, and others were systematically murdered under the Ustaša regime in Nazi-occupied Croatia. The gate at the Holocaust Garden of Hope is an artistic rendition of the gate at Jasenovac.

On February 18, join the Holocaust Remembrance Association for a Virtual Coffee Encounter featuring the nephew of Đuro Bjeloš, a Jasenovac survivor. Through this powerful testimony, we preserve a rare survivor legacy—bearing witness to resilience, loss, and the urgent responsibility to remember.
