2024 Luncheon for Literacy

Join us for inspiration and fellowship, and to make a difference in this community! Cape Fear Literacy Council’s annual Luncheon for Literacy helps to raise awareness of our region’s evolving education needs and provides crucial support for adult learners. The event features testimonials from students and volunteers, a Readers’ Theater performance, and a keynote presentation. Proceeds from this fundraiser benefit the Council’s literacy and language programs, keeping them free for our students.

This popular event will sell out; registration closes on April 15, 2024.

Special Guest Speaker: JASON MOTT


New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Jason Mott lives in southeastern North Carolina. He has a BFA in Fiction and an MFA in Poetry, both from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
