| Gene Williams is the Managing Director of Valbridge's Sacramento/Central Valley office. He formerly managed CBRE's office in San Jose and has provided valuation services in a wide spectrum of complex civil and federal litigation cases. He also specializes in arbitrations for lease renewals and partnership disputes.
Mr. Williams also leads the Tax Appeal Group for Valbridge in the Northern California region. His experience includes working on behalf of Alameda County in the case of the Tesla manufacturing facility in Fremont. He earned the MAI designation 30 years ago and is a past President of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. |
