While our conference maintains a program-focused approach, we ensure exhibitors have opportunities to showcase and interact with attendees during breaks and networking sessions. Not a typical convention, we do not offer "exhibit only" registration passes.

This site simplifies the process of selecting the perfect package for you. It's exclusively for reserving and purchasing sponsorships, exhibit spaces, or advertisements of your choice. Upon purchasing your package, our registration system will send a confirmation. Subsequently, a dedicated staff member will reach out via email to detail the inclusions, logistics, and the process of registering any attendees included in your package.

*Please note that non-member companies opting for “exhibition only” will have a different pricing structure. For exhibit-only purchases, prices will increase by $100 on February 1 and by an additional $100 at the beginning of each subsequent month until the conference or exhibits are sold out. This structure encourages early booking of exhibit spaces. Exhibit locations will be allocated based on sponsorship level and when reserved. Exhibitors requiring electricity must select the $200 electric hook-up fee during reservation.
