Jai Kalayil is an accomplished engineer and public infrastructure executive currently serving as the Assistant to the Region One Engineer for the IDOT. With over 30 years of hands-on experience under his belt, he is best known for his standout career as Deputy Commissioner of the Division of Infrastructure Management with the City of Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT).
