Annie Grogan

Director | Jacksonville Women's Business Center

Annie Grogan is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in human resources, workforce development, economic development, and nonprofit leadership. A former U.S. Army officer, she spent more than two decades in senior HR and talent acquisition roles with Fortune 500 companies, including Fannie Mae, PepsiCo, Best Buy, and Coach. Annie is widely recognized in Northeast Florida for her leadership as President and CEO of The Hispanic Institute for Life and Leadership (The H.I.L.L.), where she advanced workforce and professional development initiatives for the Latino community. She currently serves as Director of the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center, helping entrepreneurs and small businesses access the resources and support they need to grow and succeed.
