Who's Your Big Mama?

Crafting Stories of Loving Guidance from

the Other Side

Are there voices from your past that still live in your spirit?

A grandmother’s gentle wisdom. A mentor’s steady guidance. A beloved elder whose love continues to shape the way you move through the world.

Even after loss, these sacred connections often remain with us—through memory, intuition, stories, rituals, and the quiet moments when we feel guided toward healing, strength, or clarity.

Who’s Your Big Mama? is a heart-centered writing and reflection workshop created to help you reconnect with the wisdom of those who came before you and explore how their love still lives within your journey today.

Together, we will honor the people whose care, resilience, prayers, and teachings continue to echo across generations. Through storytelling, journaling, and shared reflection, you’ll be invited to listen more deeply to the voices that have helped shape your life—and discover how their guidance can continue to support you now.

This is more than a writing workshop.

It is a sacred space for remembering, honoring, grieving, celebrating, and healing.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Reflect on the lasting influence of an important guiding figure in your life
  • Write personal stories rooted in memory, love, resilience, and wisdom
  • Explore the ways ancestral guidance continues to show up in your everyday life
  • Deepen your connection to the spiritual and emotional inheritance you carry
  • Use storytelling and journaling as tools for healing, clarity, and transformation
  • Share in a compassionate community grounded in reflection and heart-centered listening

Who Is This For?

This workshop is for anyone longing to reconnect with the wisdom of a beloved elder, ancestor, mentor, or sacred guide—whether they are still physically present or remembered through spirit and story.

It is especially meaningful for those navigating grief, transition, healing, identity, family legacy, or a desire to better understand the roots that continue to nourish them.

No writing experience is necessary.

Only an open heart, a willingness to reflect, and a curiosity about the stories waiting to be remembered.

What You’ll Leave With

You’ll walk away with more than written reflections.

You’ll leave with a deeper connection to the voices that have loved you, guided you, and helped shape who you are becoming.

Come gather in a space of remembrance, storytelling, healing, and ancestral love—and rediscover the wisdom that still walks beside you.
