| 2026 Emergency Services Conference Exhibitor/Sponsorship Opportunities
Please join us in Fairfax, VA for our 2026 Emergency Services Conference. June 23rd & 24th, 2026 Please note: PAYMENTS ARE DUE IN FULL TO THE VACSB by June 1st, 2026. No cancellation after June 1st, 2026 We hope you’ll join us as an exhibitor during our 2026 Emergency Services Conference! Your exhibit provides an excellent opportunity to develop new contacts, present your organization, and showcase ways in which your organization can help support crisis workers across Virginia. Conference participants will visit the displays throughout the day and during the networking reception, continental breakfast, and morning and afternoon breaks. Please be especially mindful of the due dates for advertising as well as sizing. High-quality PNG/JPG submissions are preferred.
SPONSORSHIP, EXHIBIT & ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE June 22nd: Optional set up 4 – 6 pm June 23rd: Exhibit Center opens 8:30 am - 4:30 pm - Conference begins this day at 8:30 am (You may set up as early as you would like this morning) June 24th: All exhibits must be broken down by 3:00 pm After registration exhibitors will receive an information email with set up directions, contact information to procure Wi-Fi and electricity and shipping instructions.
