| WPBS will be bringing together local resources and experts in our community to share their knowledge about sustainable growing practices, access to local food, and using produce from both of those avenues to create a delicious snack for our attendees. A special thank you to our special guests and panelists Dani Baker of Cross Island Farms and author of The Home-Scale Forest Garden, Michael Myers from Cornell Cooperative/TasteNY, and Cape Vincent community garden volunteers who will be available to share their experiences and answer questions. Guests will also get a preview of the upcoming WPBS gardening series “Home-Scale Forest Garden” based on Dani Baker’s book. This event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is required. |
