ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Be Well: Brain Health

Brain health is a foundational component of human health and wellness. Just like breathing, we constantly feel and experience emotions, and our experiences directly affect us, our families, our work, businesses, and our communities. Despite all that we know about their importance, brain health and emotional wellness are often avoided, minimized, or neglected altogether- not today. This Be Well Experience will focus on bringing brain health wellness to life in real-time, making practices tangible, applicable, and digestible. By blending an instructional and experiential approach, evidence-based practices such as self-assessment, mindfulness, and additional self-care strategies will be brought to life in real-time. Participating in this interactive experience will provide a much needed opportunity for professionals to develop a greater capacity to regulate and serve, changing lives and brains for the better. Let’s Be Well together!

This is a FREE virtual workshop.
