·      Asking the right questions.

·      Attracting the person you wish to hire.

Bob Faulds is a Partner and Market Leader with Truity Partners. Truity Partners is a recruiting firm offering interim, direct-hire, and executive search services with an emphasis on accounting, finance, and human resources positions. In Bob’s role, he oversees their direct hire recruiting and interim staffing for clients in Northeast Wisconsin. Bob joined the organization in 2007 working in the Madison market prior to moving to NE WI in 2015 to start up their Appleton, WI location. Over the past 16+ years, he has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of organizations across the state of WI to help them attract and identify their most important asset, employees of the business.

Bob is originally from Northeastern Wisconsin growing up in De Pere prior to attending Ripon College where he majored in Business Administration and Psychology. He and his wife Stephanie are proud parents of three children, and he also serves as the President for both the Green Bay West Rotary Club and Institute of Management Accountants – Packerland Chapter.

Diane Roundy is a Director of Executive Search for Truity Partners, formerly Baker Tilly Search & Staffing. She and her team conduct retained leadership searches nationwide across a variety of industries and business functions. In addition to Executive Search, Truity Partners provides permanent and temporary staffing within the finance and human resources areas throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. 

Diane earned an MBA from UW Oshkosh and an undergraduate degree in Business and Communication from UW-Stevens Point. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Green Bay Packers, the Advisory Board at St. Norbert College Donald Schneider School of Business, the YMCA of the Fox Cities and Envision Greater Green Bay. Diane is the founder of The Women’s Fund of Greater Green Bay and past Chairman of the Board at Denmark State Bank. She most recently received recognition from Insight Publications as a Women of Influence and from the Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes as the 2023 Spring Champion.

Ms. Roundy is a recipient of the UW Oshkosh Outstanding Alumni designation, the Wisconsin FBLA Businessperson of the Year award, a Who You Should Know honoree, and the Athena, Silver Medal and Chamber Ambassador awards. Diane and her husband Rick reside in Greenleaf, WI and they have three grown children.
