In this training, the team members will be meeting to discuss the plan for each session for the 30 min before the session starts, then will observe the live session (all via Zoom). The team will call in with suggestions during the session, and then after the session, the team will discuss what worked and what didn’t. We will be using Evolving Structural Strategic Family Therapy, which is a four stage, transdiagnostic model for working with children/adolescents and families.
