About Your Guide


Dr. Sabrina N’Diaye is a thought leader in the integration of spirituality, storytelling, and psychotherapy. A therapist, storyteller, and peacebuilder, she weaves ancient spiritual practices with contemporary science to guide others on deeply transformative healing journeys. She is the founder of the Heart Nest Center for Peace and Healing in Baltimore, where she serves women, couples, healers, and small groups through a blend of wisdom, creativity, and embodied practice.


A passionate advocate for the power of the written word, Dr. Sabrina teaches writing as a sacred act—one that helps individuals move from silence to voice, from fragmentation to wholeness. She has supported countless seekers and clinicians in shaping their stories into meaningful expressions of truth, insight, and healing.


A regular contributor to Psychotherapy Networker Magazine and the author of Big Mama Speaks: Love Lessons from a Harlem River Swan, she is currently completing two additional books, including a guided journal and her first novel.
