| About the Presentation This live presentation will:
- Inform prairie and general landowners of the possible impact of neonics (a widely used agricultural insecticide) on their properties.
- Give an overview of the use and current issues surrounding the use of neonicotinoids in Wisconsin.
- Note agricultural and non-agricultural uses, effectiveness, off-site detections in surface and groundwater.
- Review implications of exposure for non-target insects (pollinators, beneficial insects, invertebrates), fauna (birds, fish) and human health.
- Discuss methods to address the issue on your property and statewide.
