DESCRIPTION:The 2026 NSCFP Annual Meeting of Members will be held in conjunction with the 2026 Family Medicine Conference. \n\nNSCFP members in good standing are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting of Members (AMM) in keeping with the rights defined by their classes of membership. If you would like to vote by proxy\, a form will be available prior to the meeting.\n\nThe AMM will also be live streamed. If you would like to attend the online AMM portion of the day only\, please register to receive the Zoom link.
