The Zirkus has always been a massively fun event to host but with the unfortunate current status of Lanier Raceway, we were left with a choice: end the event or relocate. Well, truth is that the Zirkus is just too fun so relocation was the only thing we really considered. We took this misfortune and made it into an opportunity to bring the event truly closer to home.
This year, we've decided to move the event to our South Atlanta location, bringing it closer to our core group of enthusiasts and allowing us to tailor the event in any way we choose. We're focused on having a fun-filled, family friendly event really centered around camaraderie and the passion we all share for these special vehicles. We will have a people’s choice car show with custom made trophies awarded and provide lunch for everyone at our Stammtisch. We will also have some great prizes to giveaway in our raffle.
Come one, come all to GMP Performance South Atlanta's Deutscher Auto Zirkus!
Questions: "What exactly is a Stammtisch?" Stammtisch ("shtam-tish") means "regulars' table". It's an age-old German tradition where a group of like-minded people meet up at a bar or a restaurant at a regular time to have drinks and chat. We're bringing that tradition stateside to our Zirkus, inviting everyone to join at one long table with their fellow enthusiasts for a session of great camaraderie.
"I'd like to join the car show. Anything I need to know?" Fantastic and we can't wait to see what you'd like to showcase! The Car Show entry fee is $39 for participants and scores you a free t-shirt, meal ticket to the stammtisch, and 10 tickets for our raffle!
"Do I have to register if I'm not joining the car show?" The event is free to attend but we do ask that you register so that we can have enough food and drink for everyone. Pre-registration for the event and the show is online, and you must be registered to receive your lunch ticket. Everyone registered will also receive a raffle ticket. Additional tickets are available for purchase to better your chances. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.
"Anything else I should know?" If you're a veteran, active duty member of the military, first responder, or a teacher, we'd like to extend a small thank you for all the incredible work you do! Show your ID card at check in and get 5 free additional raffle tickets. |
