| General Guidelines 1. No operating machines (e.g., motors, orbital welding devices, etc.) 2. No tape/CD/DVD players, loudspeakers, or other sound amplification devices that would create noise greater than normal conversation levels. 3. Items that are not allowed include push pins, staples, and tape on the venue walls or other fixed surfaces. The use of specialty tape requires SDAIHA approval. 4. SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN: The exhibition space will be available for set-up at Admiral Baker Clubhouse from 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM. Take down will be completed from 4:15 – 4:30 pm. All exhibitors must leave the space by 4:30 pm. 5. The location will provide one vendor table and chair(s) for each sponsor/vendor. 6. Exhibitors may bring their own Wi-Fi hotspot or other mobile connection. 7. Electricity—A limited number of electrical connections are available. If electrical is needed, please bring your own heavy-duty extension cord power strips. We will not provide power strips or cords. 8. Sales of any kind are not permitted at the PDS 9. Use of Flammable/Hazardous fluids or chemicals is strictly prohibited. 10. Use of non-toxic vaporized aerosols requires prior approval from SDAIHA. 11. All display/equipment surfaces must not exceed 140° F. |
