WHAT: Our fall paddle and potluck is back! Join Willamette Riverkeeper and eNRG Kayaking & Rafting for a 1.5-hour guided paddle to the breathtaking Willamette Falls. Along the way, we'll talk about the Willamette's natural history, its changing landscape, and the many ways people have connected with the river over time. Whether you're new to paddling or have years of experience, you're welcome to join us, rain or shine.

After the paddle, we'll head indoors to warm up by the wood stove and enjoy a community potluck lunch. Bring a favorite dish to share, swap stories, and enjoy good food and conversation with fellow paddlers.

Kayaks, paddles, and PFDs will be provided, or you're welcome to bring your own boat (BYOB). Paddlers ages 8 and up are welcome.

WHEN & WHERE: Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 10AM - 2PM

We'll meet at eNRG Kayaking at 1701 Clackamette Drive, Oregon City, OR 97045. Please arrive 15 minutes early and reach out to event personnel if you are running late. We will sign waivers, suit up, and begin our safety briefing at 10:00AM.

DETAILS: Please bring water, a hat, synthetic or wool clothing that can get wet, additional warm layers/change of clothing, and a lunch dish to share. Willamette Riverkeeper and eNRG will provide guides, water crafts, paddles and PFDs (although you are welcome to bring your own boat).

This community gathering is an opportunity for people of all backgrounds and experience levels to come together, connect with the Willamette River, and share in an experience that celebrates our local waterways. The event is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone. Families are encouraged to participate, with children ages 8 and older welcome when accompanied by an adult authorized to sign their participation waiver.
