Please bring the following for use during class:

  • large bowl with a cover to mix your dough in (about 5-6 quarts, preferably glass or stainless steel)
  • spoon to stir dough with (wooden spoon works great)-unless you purchase the kit below then you can use your Dough Whisk
  • food scale if you have one

While these tools aren’t absolutely required, they can make the process smoother, faster, and help you achieve bakery-worthy results!


During the class, I’ll demonstrate how each of these tools can transform your bread-making experience.


  • 1 Banneton Proofing Basket: These baskets help your dough rise beautifully while creating those classic spiral patterns on your loaf.
  • Danish Dough Whisk: This unique whisk easily mixes your dough with less effort.
  • Flexible Bench Scraper: Shaping and handling dough is a breeze with this tool. It helps you cleanly scrape the surface and keep your dough in control!
  • Bread Sling: Transfer your dough into the hot Dutch oven with ease—no more fear of losing your loaf’s shape or burning yourself in the process.
  • Scoring Lame': Achieve professional-looking loaves with beautiful, controlled scoring that allows your bread to expand perfectly in the oven.
  • Plastic Brush: Used to brush excess flour out of bannetons after turning out dough.


You can add the Essentials Kit (pictured) when you register, and I'll have it waiting for you at the class. *please note some items may vary slightly due to availability.


**Just remember, you still need to bring a 6-8 quart mixing bowl to class.**
