Dr. Michael Trimberger

Superintendent

Random Lake School District


Trimberger is the Superintendent of the Random Lake School District, where he has served since 2017. He leads district strategy with a strong focus on student achievement, career readiness, and building meaningful connections between education and the workforce.


Dr. Trimberger earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and is an active advocate for school-business partnerships. He serves as president and co-founder of INSPIRE Sheboygan County and is involved with the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce, supporting collaborative efforts that strengthen regional talent development.

Rebecca Deschane

Vice President of Talent Development

New North


Deschane is the Vice President of Talent Development at New North, Inc., where she leads regional strategies focused on workforce attraction, retention, and pipeline development. She works closely with employers, educators, and community partners to strengthen career pathways and grow Northeast Wisconsin’s talent base.


Prior to joining New North, Rebecca held leadership roles with the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, advancing statewide talent initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Marquette University and remains active in regional workforce and economic development efforts.
