Be Part of the Conversation The Power of Connection Friday, October 9, 2026 | 1:00–4:30 PM
Connection has the power to change the direction of a life, a career, and a community. Join the New Vitae Wellness Foundation for a special community in person event centered on connection, mentorship, resilience, advocacy, and thrivership. Through an educational presentation and interactive community conversation, we'll explore the people and connections that help us move forward, the wins along the way, and what happens when we show up for one another. |

Featured Presentation Flying in a F.I.T. Formation: The Power of Connection
What if thriving isn't about flying higher on your own, but learning how to fly together? Using the F.I.T. framework: Focused, Intentional, Thriving and the natural flight patterns of geese, Jennifer will explore the power of connection, mentorship, shared responsibility, and resilience.
Participants will explore how meaningful connection and social support contribute to resilience and well-being, along with practical ways to strengthen mentorship, collaboration, and intentional support.

Be Part of the Conversation Following Jennifer's presentation, we're bringing the conversation into the room. Our interactive community conversation will bring together people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to explore the connections that shape us, the moments that help us move forward, and what it means to show up for someone else. We'll talk about the wins, the challenges along the way, mentorship, advocacy, resilience, and the people who made a difference when it mattered. This isn't a traditional panel. Audience participation will be part of the conversation throughout, because some of the most meaningful perspectives may come from the people sitting in the room.
