AGO Training: Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law

Join us for a free virtual training by the Office of Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell about the Unauthorized Practice of Immigration Law (UPIL). UPIL is a widespread problem in which dishonest individuals falsely disguise themselves as licensed attorneys and charge immigrants hundreds and thousands of dollars for immigration services, forms, or unlicensed legal advice. The AGO created this training in order to prevent immigrants and their families from becoming a victim of UPIL.
