Join us to strengthen your mind/body connection. With increased awareness of your body in time and space comes increased self-confidence, and creativity, You will learn ways to control your breathing, quiet your mind, and regulate your stress level through simple movement exercises. Participants will be encouraged to find their own way of moving, through investigation, observation, and PLAY.
No previous dance experience is necessary.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, with layers, and bring a water bottle. You can dance in bare feet, socks, or clean dance shoes. |
