About the ITS Arizona Annual Conference


The Intelligent Transportation Society of Arizona is a state chapter of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. ITS Arizona is a non-profit organization consisting of transportation professionals dedicated to improving transportation efficiency and safety, using advanced technologies.

The ITS Arizona Annual Conference is a premier event that brings together industry professionals, thought leaders, and innovators in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems. It serves as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities to drive advancements in transportation technology. Attendees can expect engaging discussions, insightful presentations, and interactive sessions that will inspire and empower them to make a positive impact on the future of transportation. The 2026 conference theme is Empowering Innovation – Then and Now. Join us at this year's conference to be part of the dynamic community shaping the future of ITS and advancing digital infrastructure across Arizona.


Day One will include lunch and a half-day technical workshop, followed by our Reception with entertainment, drinks, and appetizers.

 

On Day Two, technical sessions on the latest ITS planning, implementation and research efforts will be presented by public agency representatives, practitioners, planners, and researchers from Arizona and around the country.

Individual Registration Details


Registration includes:

Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (half day)

  • Lunch
  • Day 1 Technical Program
  • Exhibitor Hall 
  • Reception with a Miniature Golf Competition, drinks, and appetizers 


  Thursday, October 8, 2026 (full day)

  • Technical Sessions
  • Exhibitor Hall

Registration also includes an ITS Arizona membership through December 2027 and participants have the opportunity to self report PDHs and TARP Points.


Note that all attendees must register to attend, including speakers. 


Registrant's name, organization, and email address will be shared with conference exhibitors for marketing purposes.


Individual Registration Cancellation Policy: 

In the event of cancellation by an individual registrant, sponsor, exhibitor, a refund of 50% of fees paid will be made up to 30 days from the start of the conference. No refunds will be provided after this date, except in the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, in which case all registrants, sponsors, and exhibitors will receive a full refund

Public Sector Registration: $175 Early Bird ($225 Beginning September 2nd)



Public attendees include employees of the following: 

  • Government agencies (Federal, State, County, and Local)
  • Non-Profits
  • Academic Institutions
  • Interested individuals (the public/retired), not associated with, or an employee of, a consulting firm, vendor, or similar private company.

Private Sector Registration: $275 Early Bird ($325 Beginning September 2nd)


Private attendees include employees of the following: 

  • Consulting Firms
  • Vendors and Equipment Suppliers
  • Employees of other private entities not included as part of the public sector.

Student Registration: $25 Early Bird ($50 Beginning September 2nd)


Student attendees include full-time undergraduate or graduate students. ITS Arizona may reach out to registrants for verification of current enrollment.

Sponsors and Exhibitors Details

The exhibit hall is reserved exclusively for the exhibitor showcase, with the welcome and lunch events held in the Palo Verde Ballroom. Capacity for the technical sessions will be held in the Crismon/Sirrine and Robson/Pomeroy Rooms, as well as the Conference Theatre. The Day 1 Reception (following the initial technical sessions) and Day 2 Breakfast will continue to be held in the Exhibit Hall to provide attendees opportunities to interact with our exhibitors. All breaks between technical sessions will also provide opportunities to visit the Exhibit Hall. Below is the conference layout.

Note: Booth Assignments will begin on July 15, 2025 in medal sponsor order (Platinum, Gold, Silver, then Bronze). After this date, booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please identify your top three booth choices when registering. The current booth layout is shown below, with check marks representing booths that are already assigned.
