Across the globe, civil society organizations and institutions face new types of repression. Activists and journalists are doxxed and surveilled; nonprofits are targeted with onerous financial audits and frivolous lawsuits; even philanthropy has recently come under attack. This workshop is designed to help donors consider a range of communication, financial and structural issues to consider ahead of crisis. In addition, it will address how donors can help their grantees be prepared.
