This 2-day course is designed for the officer to refine and build patrol rifle skills in an environment that is open and encouraging. It will cover the fundamentals of using a patrol rifle such as loading, unloading, manipulation of the fire controls, three types of reloads, malfunction clearance techniques, transition from rifle to handgun, sighting considerations, positional shooting, ballistics, rifle set-up and related equipment selection.
