Prize Donations:

We welcome prize donations for the raffle giveaways. If you do bring in a prize, please label it with your company name and description of item.

50/50 Draw:

This year, the IIBEC Southern Ontario Chapter proudly supports the Blue Veil Charity-Sara Elizabeth Center, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs, through art, skill development, and peer inclusivity. We will be doing a 50/50 draw where proceeds will go towards the Blue Veil Charity. We ask that you visit their booth at the event and help donate what you can. Every donation helps them to maintain a safe environment, art supplies, hot meals, and hiring professionals for those in need.

Cancellation Policy

• Should you wish to cancel your registration, refunds will be issued up to two weeks prior to the event and a $30 administrative fee will apply. After that time, no refunds will be permitted. "No Shows" will not receive a refund, however, substitutions are permitted.
