Cybersecurity Hygiene: Active Directory (AD) Privileged Audit

Learn about and experience a walk-through of how organizations can audit and protect Active Directory (AD) as the core identity system for most environments. Many organizations know they need to monitor memberships in the “Domain Admins” group, but when is the last time the built-in Administrators group, Enterprise Admins, Schema Admins, and other privileged groups were audited? How many unpatched and unsupported operating systems remain in your environment? Service account passwords that are years old and potentially also privileged? We’ll discuss these and other common findings that are frequently identified as contributing causes in various security incidents that we respond to.
