Dana Baker
Dana Baker is the Senior Director for the Mayo Clinic Complex Care Program, which provides access to Mayo Clinic's care for those with complex medical conditions. Since joining Mayo Clinic in 2000, she has worked in the Benefits department, focusing on health plan design, cost containment, custom networks, retirement plans, and employee communication. Dana collaborates with employers and other entities to enhance benefits and care for employees. She is also dedicated to HR and benefits education. Dana holds a bachelor's from Georgia Southern University and an MBA from Northcentral University. |

Ashley Gillihan
Ashley Gillihan is a partner at Alston & Bird, LLP, specializing in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. With over 20 years of experience, he advises on health and welfare benefit plan compliance, including consumer-driven health care, tax issues, ERISA, and HIPAA. He frequently lectures, publishes articles, and is a member of the Technical Advisory Committee for the ECFC. He is also recognized in Best Lawyers in America for employee benefits. |

Jeff Auten
Jeff Auten is the Director of Clinical Consulting for Leaf Health, leading all clinical programs. With 8 years of experience in Specialty Pharmacies, he previously managed Blue Sky Specialty Pharmacy, overseeing operations and business development. Jeff began his career in 2016 at Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, focusing on 340b programs and patients with HIV and chronic inflammatory conditions. His expertise includes prior authorizations, infusion medications, LDD access, copay assistance, and alternative funding. Jeff holds a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Wingate University. |

Dave Mallen
Dave Mallen is the Executive Vice President at HealthJoy, a benefits navigation platform. Since joining in 2017 as Vice President of Sales, he has been instrumental in its growth from 20 employees and 10 clients to over 400 employees and 2,000 clients. HealthJoy’s success is driven by a focus on member experience, technology-driven health outcomes, and strategic partnerships. Originally from Northern California, Dave attended Santa Clara University on a baseball scholarship. He now lives in Oak Brook, IL, with his sons, JP (6) and Tommy (4). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym. |
