Alex is a Member in Spilman's Winston-Salem Office and Co-Chair of the firm's Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group. His primary area of practice is litigation, including class action and mass tort litigation, as well as commercial, medical liability, product liability, and consumer finance and banking litigation. He prepares cybersecurity policies and procedures and assists clients in responding to cyberattacks and breaches. Alex is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and DRI - The Voice of the Defense Bar. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration at Washington and Lee University and his law degree, cum laude, at Pace University School of Law.

Malcolm is an Associate in Spilman's Winston-Salem Office. His primary area of practice is litigation with a focus in data privacy and cybersecurity. Malcolm is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and the American Bar Association. He earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice at Western Carolina University and his law degree, magna cum laude, at North Carolina Central University School of Law.
