Your Sous-chefs will continue work with instructor Chef Dillon Tarn to prepare a variety of a meal, or a delicacy in the training kitchen in hopes to build upon their orientation and mobility skills, social interaction skills, independent living skills, and self-determination.
As many of you know Dillon is a Kansas native and a student in the JCCC Chef’s Apprenticeship program. Dillon’s hobbies include fishing, listening to music, and playing the guitar. We're so fortunate to have Chef Dillon leading our sous chefs training.
