Kelly Bucci has spent over 20 years managing hospital revenue cycles, with a specific focus on compliant charge capture, strategic pricing, and provider reimbursement. Today, as Co-Founder and CTO of RippleHLTH, she applies that background to the outpatient therapy space. Kelly leads the team of data analysts and developers behind Ripple’s proprietary software platform, Streamline, helping outpatient clinics operationalize data-driven strategies to boost productivity and protect their revenue.
Before launching RippleHLTH, Kelly was a Vice President at a hospital revenue cycle consulting firm and served as Principal of ERIS Medical Technologies, a company specializing in charge capture software solutions. Over her career, she has designed and managed software platforms for hospitals and professional providers alike. Kelly is a credentialed Registered Health Information Technologist (RHIT) and an Integrative Health Coach.

Lindsay's extensive experience includes serving as a national healthcare consultant with PwC, overseeing financial operations for six for-profit hospitals, and holding the role of CFO at a Level 1 Trauma hospital in Detroit. Born and raised in Southeastern Michigan, where she continues to reside, Lindsay graduated from Wayne State University and remains deeply invested in Detroit. Sarah Mendiola, JD, LPN, CPC, CPCO, VP, AR & Denials Management at R1
Sarah Mendiola is the Vice President of Denials at R1 RCM, and currently oversees clinical, coding, and complex denials teams. Sarah is an attorney barred in the state of Maryland, a licensed nurse, Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO). Sarah came to helping hospitals with overturning denials after many years of performing direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She graduated from the practical nursing program at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and served on active duty in the United States Army for six years as a nurse.
