Join us for this year's theme "Decoloniality and Reimagining: Black Women's Economic, Ecclesial, and Epistemological Futures" with Dr. Oluwatomisin "Tomi" Oredein as our Institute Scholar.
Decoloniality is a way of thinking that aims to break away from Eurocentric knowledge hierarchies and ways of being in the world. It's a method of restoration and reparation that explores the power structures created by colonialism and settler-colonialism. Decoloniality aims to rediscover and restore Indigenous knowledge, cultural values, and social and economic structures. |
