Spend the day broadening your process knowledge! In the morning session, you'll learn about the Fundamentals of Steam Systems. We will cover all aspects of a steam system from generation at the boiler, to the components of a full distribution system, and then usage and return of condensate.
The afternoon focuses on Heat Exchangers. We will discuss basics of heat transfer and fluid mechanics and how they apply to hygienic processing. Utilizing samples and interactive tools, you will learn about fluid properties, flow types, heat exchanger types, maintenance, and corrosion considerations. |
