She will be engaged in a fireside chat moderated by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission's CEO Mark Compton. ______________________ Lynda is a nationally recognized leader in transportation and infrastructure policy with over 25 years of experience. As the former Senior Advisor to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Director of Public Engagement for the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), she helped activate stakeholders to secure passage of the $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA).
Opening remarks will be given by Chris Norris, P.E., Deputy Secretary for Highway Administration in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). ______________________ Chris oversees a team of over 8,000 employees who are responsible for the maintenance, design and construction of all state-maintained roads and bridges within the Commonwealth. |
