Join the City of St. Petersburg on Earth Day to upcycle your gently used household items and pick up something new! Swapping is a fun (and free) way to shop that is more sustainable and creates less waste. Please do not bring medical equipment, anything that is dirty, broken, or that is over 10 lbs.
