Bouchard is a seasoned litigator and counselor with expertise in labor and employment, real estate, and construction law. He provides practical, results-oriented solutions to complex legal challenges, representing businesses in matters such as discrimination claims, wage and hour violations, executive contracts, and compliance. Kan serves as Vice President, Deputy Chief Economist for the Mortgage Bankers Association. In this role, he is responsible for MBA's macroeconomic and housing market forecasts and oversees the production of MBA's industry surveys, including the Weekly Mortgage Applications Survey, Builder Applications Survey, and Mortgage Credit Availability Index - three of the association's high profile surveys. Kan presents regularly on the economy and

housing market at MBA and industry events, and is interviewed and quoted frequently in national, local and industry media outlets.

Jackson oversees property acquisitions, permitting, and development for The Stabile Companies, playing a key role in transforming the firm into a leading regional production builder. He has guided major projects such as Redbrook, a 1,200-unit master-planned community in Massachusetts, and Pointe Place in Dover. With 450 units in development across Southern New Hampshire, Eric continues to drive strategic growth. Previously, he was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and holds degrees from Northeastern University and MIT. He serves as Vice President of the NH Homebuilders Association and was named to the Union Leader’s 40 Under Forty.

Laplante is the President and Owner of Summit 48 Construction, a Concord-based custom home builder serving Central NH and the Lakes Region. Since 2022, Summit 48 has focused on delivering quality design-build services with an emphasis on the customer experience. A former mechanical engineer in the automotive and medical automation industries, he holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He also serves as Vice President of the Lakes Region Builders and Remodelers Association, supporting workforce development and industry networking.


RYAN ROBINSON

Robinson is a senior partner at Mainstay Technologies, one of the largest independently owned managed IT and Information Security companies in New England, and Business NH Magazine's 2024 Business of the Year.
