As Northeast Ohio's metropolitan planning organization (MPO), NOACA works collaboratively with local governments, transportation agencies, businesses, community organizations, and residents to guide long-range planning and investment in transportation, infrastructure, environmental sustainability, and community development. Together, these efforts create stronger connections between people, places, and opportunity—advancing economic prosperity and improving quality of life throughout the region.
