DESCRIPTION:This training introduces peer supporters to the fundamentals of effective documentation and reframes documentation as an essential part of quality\, recovery-oriented care rather than simply a paperwork requirement. Attendees will explore why timely\, accurate\, and consistent documentation matters\, including how it communicates progress\, demonstrates the value of peer support services\, protects the peer\, participant\, organization and supports continued funding and access to care. The session will address common barriers that make documentation difficult.
