Students explore the importance of Kansas wheat, principles of baking, & yeast development. The classroom bread baking activity takes 75 to 90 minutes, rising & baking time require an additional 70 minutes. Recommended for grades 2-5. Each $10.00 kit serves 4 students.. We recommend rounding up by 1 kit to account for spills or accidents that may occur during the activity. Class size will be no larger than 50 students. |
