Paying Attention: What Matters Now

Looking at the image, what draws your attention? The image as a whole? The little tentacles on the outside? The spaces where colors are mingling and are creating new colors? The tiny yellow spot in the orange area? Or are you wondering why this image was chosen?

Each of us pays attention in a unique way, and each of us pays attention to unique elements - even when we look at the same image or find ourselves in similar contexts.

This month, we are inviting our global community to pay attention. Pay attention to how we pay attention. Pay attention to what happens in our bodies and hearts and minds. Pay attention to our senses. We are creating time and space for reflection.

What is needed for us to be with what is and to imagine what might emerge?
