ALJ Abbott will give a summary of recent cases and rule changes that have an impact on the worker’s compensation practice. He will go over practice dos and don’ts and how to get documents into evidence effectively. There will also be a review of ethical behavior and practice tips for presenting a worker’s compensation hearing. There will be a Q&A session, and ALJ Abbott will discuss transitioning from being a practicing attorney to being on the bench.
