| This intensive fast-paced 3-day course, was designed specifically for Female Law Enforcement Officers. The students’ mental, and mechanical skills will be challenged daily under stress. A certain level of physical readiness and proper hydration is required. Students will develop a thorough basic understanding of the physiological and psychological principles of shooting.
This course will provide the students with information and training in the following areas:
- Basic Principles of Shooting Under Physical Stress
- Psychological Aspects of Shooting While Under Stress
- Physical Symptoms of Stress
- Fight or Flight
Required Equipment:
- Full Duty Belt with Duty Weapon
- 3 magazines
- Full Body Armor
- Rifle/Carbine (if Applicable) with magazines
