Building Teamwork

Building Teamwork Workshop participants will explore practical methods for how to improve teamwork, such as enhancing communication and building relationships of trust and loyalty. This session will highlight the measurable benefits of building teamwork in the workplace, along with several guidelines for team building. Attendees will evaluate various team-building activity ideas to determine what can be utilized in their specific workplace and understand how specific benefits, like uncovering hidden talents and increasing team cooperation, can benefit the organization. To ensure the development of actionable skills, the workshop includes active participation in a hands-on team-building activity.



This is an in-person workshop in Springfield, MO.

About the Presenter

Erinn Johnson has over 30 years of combined experience in sales & marketing, communications, human resources, management, hospitality, client relationships, and education. She has spent the past two years as a trainer with an HR consulting company, focusing on Leadership, Conflict Management, Employee Dispute Resolution, Handling Employee Misconduct, Preventing Harassment & Discrimination, Ethics, and Stress Management.


Early on in her journey, Erinn had a successful sales and marketing career, which resulted in her receiving several top-performing sales awards. While in the education sector, Erinn taught high school marketing, which ignited a passion for mentoring and developing future leaders. As she transitioned back into the corporate world, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to own and operate a successful temporary staffing company, where she acquired invaluable insights into workforce management and employee engagement.


Erinn volunteers her time in pet therapy, visiting hospitals and assisted living facilities with her two goldendoodles. She also volunteers with STAND (Stand Against Human Trafficking) and has been a part of their leadership team.
