Hotel Information

A small block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Gainesville, 4075 SW 33rd Place, Gainesville, FL 32608 AND Homewood Suites Gainesville, 3333 SW 42nd St, Gainesville, FL 32608 with a special room rate of $110 per night for FACE. You can use the links to make your reservations online at the hotel of your choice. Rate is available until 10/16/26, unless the room block sells out prior to that date.

Additional Information

REGISTRATION: You will be registering and paying for the class and the exam at the same time. AFTER you submit your registration form, you will receive an auto-generated email with a secure credit card payment link. After you click on the secure payment link, go to Certifications > FACE Certifications > and under Items, select the correct class. Registrations are confirmed only after payment is received which must be prior to the payment deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast is included in our group rate for those who are staying at one of the hotels.

REFRESHMENTS: Coffee will be provided in the morning but refreshments and lunch are on your own each day.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION: You will receive a confirmation letter from the IOG at FSU upon registration and payment of CLASS & EXAM fees.

IMPORTANT POLICY NOTE: No person may attend F.A.C.E. training or take an exam if approved payment has not been made prior to the registration deadline.

REFUNDS: Must be requested in writing and received no later than the registration and payment deadline of Monday, October 5, 2026. Fees will be refunded less a $75 administrative charge. All monies are forfeited beyond this date. Non-attendance does not constitute a withdrawal or refund request.
