| Our day camp runs for five weeks, beginning July 8 through August 8. Camp is offered Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm. Age groups alternate weekly.
- Ages 7-9: July 15-18, July 29-Aug. 1
- Ages 10-12: July 8-11, July 22-25, Aug. 5-8
Please review before registering: Compassion Camp for Kids is open to everyone, and we welcome children of all backgrounds and abilities who have an interest in animals. However, due to limited staffing and to ensure the safety of all campers and adults, children who require one-on-one social-emotional/behavioral support from a trained professional in the classroom during the school year must also be provided with support from a trained professional when they attend Compassion Camp.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to arrange for this support, which includes providing the SPCA with a background check for the adult no later than one week prior to the start of the child’s camp session. A cleared background check is a requirement for both the child and adult to participate in camp. |
