Join Chef Kerry Altiero of Rockland’s Cafe Miranda for a fun class where you will learn to make fresh egg macaroni (that's pasta kids!). We will crack eggs, mix with our hands, shape, roll, cook & EAT fresh handmade noodles that you can make at home! There will be a limited number of hands-on participants so don’t be late!!
