The communication module will help your give respect and trust, be consistent, and keep your cool in stressful situations. You will learn how to observe and react to body language.

Social Cues (I)(II)

Social cues (I) focuses on recognizing social situations, eye expressions, non-verbal and verbal cues Social cues (II) provides you information on a spectrum of cues and helps you review and reflect. You will learn to be more adaptable and flexible and to determine a person’s personal space.

Conversation Skills

Conversation skills will walk you through various conversation topics and teach you cues to watch for during the conversation. You will also gain awareness on giving your attention while engaging in a conversation.

Body Language

Body language will create awareness of your movements, and how you are saying and wording sensitive information. You will observe open vs. closed body language, and learn to communicate with power.
